\"maqueta_proyecto_buenaventura\"<\/a>Buenaventura espera contar a la vuelta de pocos a\u00f1os con un megaparque industrial y empresarial promovido por el gobierno de China, en el cual se han previsto inversiones iniciales por US$16 millones, aunque su ejecuci\u00f3n se realizar\u00e1 por etapas.<\/span><\/p>\n

La iniciativa fue conocida por una misi\u00f3n diplom\u00e1tica, conformada por el embajador de la India en Colombia, Prabhat Kumar; el director del Banco de Desarrollo en China, Zuo Zhaofang el director del banco de importaciones y exportaciones de Corea, Young Seok Kim, entre otras personalidades.<\/span><\/p>\n

Los l\u00edderes asi\u00e1ticos conocieron el megaproyecto denominado Complejo de Actividades Econ\u00f3micas de Buenaventura, CAEB, una iniciativa piloto que busca crear un nuevo polo de desarrollo econ\u00f3mico y social con capital p\u00fablico y privado.<\/span><\/p>\n

El presidente de la C\u00e1mara de Comercio de Buenaventura, Alex\u00e1nder Micolta, coment\u00f3 que \u201cel Banco de Desarrollo de China est\u00e1 interesado en el proyecto y eso nos gener\u00f3 una expectativa muy positiva\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

El proyecto, que ser\u00e1 un parque industrial, \u00a0albergar\u00e1 una zona log\u00edstica, m\u00e1s otras de ciencias y tecnolog\u00eda, comercio mayorista, un centro de transporte f\u00e9rreo, al igual que un \u00e1rea para empresas agroforestales, energ\u00e9ticas y metalmec\u00e1nicas.<\/span><\/p>\n

La megaobra incluye iniciativas privadas como el Centro Log\u00edstico del Pac\u00edfico, Celpa donde se destinar\u00e1n US$3 millones para infraestructura b\u00e1sica. El Departamento de Planeaci\u00f3n Nacional ya \u00a0aval\u00f3 la iniciativa y le envi\u00f3 al Gobierno de China el plan maestro del CAEB.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

La Comisi\u00f3n de Desarrollo y Reforma de ese pa\u00eds ya recibi\u00f3 la informaci\u00f3n e identific\u00f3 a la Asociaci\u00f3n de Parques Industriales de China para que pueda darle estructura al proyecto, inform\u00f3 ayer Alejandro Ossa, director de \u00a0Invest Pacific.<\/span><\/p>\n

El complejo estar\u00eda ubicado a un lado de la v\u00eda que se dirige al Puerto de Aguadulce antes de la salida de la parte continental. Ser\u00e1n unas 900 hect\u00e1reas para \u201cdarles un sentido empresarial y econ\u00f3mico\u201d, anot\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n

Se espera que entre el presente mes de abril o mayo, venga al pa\u00eds una delegaci\u00f3n de dicha asociaci\u00f3n china para inspeccionar los terrenos en Buenaventura, dijo Ossa.<\/span><\/p>\n

El directivo resalt\u00f3, asimismo, que como complemento a todas estas inversiones ya es una realidad el parque industrial de La Proa y el pr\u00f3ximo lunes 11 de abril se har\u00e1 el lanzamiento de Centracar.<\/span><\/p>\n

El embajador de la India, Prabhat Kumar dijo que \u201chay muchas oportunidades para aprovechar este puerto. Voy a decir en mi pa\u00eds que se interesen en hacer m\u00e1s negocios en esta regi\u00f3n\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n
